Chyna went to Spain under a UN scholarship. She liked it so much that she
graduated from high school in Spain. She went on to graduate from the
University of Tampa with a double major in Spanish Literature. She worked
as a Residence Adviser in a dorm area named University West, where she was
well liked and admired for her ever ready smile. Rumor has it that she was
very good with puns! She then joined the Peace Corps and was assigned to
Costa Rica to teach literacy there.
She attended "Killer" Kowalski's wrestling school in Boston. When she
first got to the school she was non-plussed, but she stuck it out. In the
end, she left the school for professional wrestling. Chyna has wrestled
for a couple of wrestling promotions including LadySport and Special Events
Promotions. Unfortunately, Chyna does not feel the need to actually wrestle
for the WWF on a regular basis (WWF mag. OCT 98). She feels that "being
part of DX is a more rewarding experience, for now".
